
In 2020, the Fund made its first acquisition, partnering with Housing Connect to preserve 23 duplexes across Salt Lake County that were at risk of a forced sale and loss of affordability.
The homes served families earning 30% of Area Median Income or below and are supported by Section 8 subsidies. The Fund was able to invest the resources needed to maintain safe, quality housing. Deeply affordable housing requires both preservation and ongoing investment.
